How to make authorization letter?

Please help me to make authorization letter, I went to a vacation and I need to get back asap when i remember i left my important documents ( all original visa ) at the hotel, I need a authorization letter to state that my friend will get and deliver my papers in behalf of me...hope you could response immediately .. thank you..
