Why did i woke up shivering?

This is my first time ever experiencing something like this. It was around 8 in the morning when i woke up to this, i was dreaming that i was hanging out with some friends and all of a sudden i saw a lighting then after a few seconds it was like i could feel the lighting. My whole body was "shivering" like crazy. I tried to go back to sleep and then again woke me up. I don't know what this is. i do feel my throat getting kinda ruff, maybe means im getting sick? but yeah this has never happened to me before and have had no health problems. i tried doing research but can't find anything.
