Sending love informetion & love pictures to her husband & family it will be a crime?

My friend had a love for a year, both was married but not happy they promised each other they will marry & live together happily, but she was a cheater, she left him using his all credit cards, My friend is in very bad condition with his life & loan. He is in depression ! My friend is thinking by mail or email to send her husband & her family all the love pictures, message & all about her what she did with him. He thinks if he don't she will do it with someone else again, If he does it will be a crime ?
