Can I sue for a cell phone bill?

Ok, I know I should have never done this: I opened up an account on another cell phone company for my husbands cousin, he " promised " to pay lol and he did for awhile, however helost his job and couldn't pay, he again said he would make payments, he didn't, he knee all the account info and also got his ex gf a line under my name without asking, I have an email where he says he would pay and his cousin my husband would be a witness on my behalf, I understand I am liable to pay the bill since its in my name but can I get any of this money back? We got into an argument and he says he will never pay the money. Would a judge side with me)
