How to sell a property as the shared owner (Brother) not agreeing to sell.?

Make peace with your brother and move to your original house along with your family,since you also have an equal share in that property.In this way you can also sell the place where you staying right now.If you try to go legally it would take a lot of years to settle this issue,hence I won't recommend you this option.Its alright such small quarrels can be ended immediately.
