My two month old kitten wont stop biting?

i got "Harlie" my two month old tortie shell kitten from a shelter a week ago, she has gotten all the shot she needs at the moment and the vet said she is very healthy. but she just wont stop biting i don't know if its because she was taken away from her mother to early and left on someones doorstep or is it because shes a kitten and that's what they do? im okay with her nibbling but she gets way to ruff and starts to dig in. iv tapped her on the nose when she gets to ruff but then she just bites the hand i tapped her with, can someone please help? Also i dont what her to be a bitter when shes older
