Can someone sue me for my car and wages ?

if i have no real property,assets,insurance? This is a personal liabilty case I,was at a pool party ,Myself and thee individual were ruff houseing,by the edge of the pool he tried to throw me in as I did him, I fell in first,he after me, but he tried to leap out by putting his foot at the edge and pushing out as if he were supermen, in return he ended up dislocating bones which got him 2 surgeries in his foot now he is sueing myself and the homeowner,please help, I have no real money Im a steel laborer,$2100 a month,supporting 2 kids and they're mom live with my inlaws and cant afford to hire a lawyer any advise would be helpful????
