Does your childs pediatrician administer shots ruff? ?

I mean last time I was in the doc she had a 2 inch needle said it was my sons 3 year inimzations n rammmmmmed the entire needle in his tight...... Make him sit straight up with pain screaming!!!! This is a new doc and its making me want to chose another one! His old doc he cryed but never screamed like this! We had to leave that office due to ins change.... How's ur experience with shots for ur children do the ram the entire needle in their leg too or just a lil of the needle?
