How do you pay for the work carried out?

i want to give my daughter,sarah (32yr old ) a brilliant make- over she watches the show all the time and often says how she would love it to be her has she is asthmatic and suffers with her back,due to these issues she is unable to carry out the work herself.she also has a 12 year old son who i am actually writing this on the behalf of.they both deserve this
