16 year old girl and 19 year old boy?

im 15, 16 next month. im inlove with a 19 year old boy. i want to tell my dad about him. but when my dad askes about where this boy lives and i say my dads going to say its a ruff area and more then likely not to let me date him. i want to tell him that i love this boy. how can i make him see that i really love this boy and this boy loves me?
