Irritated skin on eyebrow?

I was waxing my eyebrows by myself & my skin ended up getting irritated. I put ice on it to cool down & now it's been about 3 days & my skin feels not smooth very ruff. Is there anything i can do to fix it? It also still looks a bit red. Please any advice would help, thank you!
